Indians are having the legitimate right to hoist the National flag anywhere in India.
Jammu-Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah is determined not to let BJP leaders hold a public meeting on Tuesday [25-1-2011] that is part of the party’s march to Srinagar to hoist the Indian flag in the J&K summer capital on Republic Day. Imposing restrictions on assembly under the criminal code, the state government asked BJP leaders to return to Delhi.
The drama at Jammu airport was still unfolding late on Monday]24-1-2011] evening with BJP leaders turning down requests by the state administration and Union home minister P Chidambaram to leave the city. The administration appears wary of arresting the Opposition leaders as this could give BJP political mileage but is not allowing entry either.
A BJP youth wing leader claimed that around 200 BJP activists had reached Srinagar to attempt to hoist the flag at Lal Chowk’s clock tower on January 26th. BJP leaders rejected Chidambaram’s suggestion that they had made their point and should leave. The only point made, they told the home minister, was that the state government was preventing entry into Jammu itself.
Sushma Swaraj and Jaitley, leaders of Opposition in Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha, and Kumar first sat on the tarmac of Jammu airport after the authorities ordered them back to Delhi saying the party’s march to Srinagar to hoist the national flag on the Republic Day and rallies elsewhere wouldn’t be allowed.
In our opinion Jammu and Kashmir is an integral part of India. So hoisting national flag anywhere in India could be performed by any citizen of the nation. Why this confusion? Whichever government, in any of the states, should provide protection to Indian national flag and those hoisting it in any public place. Why Omar Abdullah is afraid of it?
If flag hoisting on 26th in Srinagar is denied that will be the saddest day of our country as it will be the beginning of India breaking into parts as all fundamentalists, extremists will learn to challenge our sovereignty. Hence let us not make it happen and keep our mother India as one.
Omar Abdullah should remember that the Lal Chowk is within Indian Territory and he should in fact deal firmly with those opposing it. Our Independence was brought up on the bloodshed of lakhs of Indians. Every Indians are having the legitimate right to hoist the National flag on the Republic day on any places he like in India. Let Indian Unite to save our country. More in “You Tube” Videos.

Actor Vijayakanth said his priority was to oust Karunanidhi’s “corruption regime.”
Addressing a public meeting as part of the state conference of the DMDK, Vijayakanth said on Sunday [9-1-2011] at Gajjalanaicken Patty near Salem no outfit can come to power in Tamil Nadu without aligning with his DMDK. Amid expectations that he would formally announce the DMDK-AIADMK tie-up at a public meeting in Salem, Vijayakanth merely said his priority was to oust Karunanidhi’s “corruption regime” in Tamil Nadu. As for alliances, he told party cadres “leave the decision to me. I will take a decision without hurting your self-respect and the future of your party.” He said he would neither be a slave nor allow his party men to be enslaved by anybody.
He described the Karunanidhi regime in Tamil Nadu as the “most corrupt and anti-people” in the history of the state and promised followers that the DMDK would soon be a part of a winnable alliance that can protect the state from ‘family misrule’.
“Don’t worry about the alliance. I will decide on it very soon keeping in mind the larger interests of the state. The priority is dislodging the DMK regime here,’’ he said. The entire gathering, comprising thousands of party workers, raised their hands favouring an alliance that can dethrone the DMK government. Vijayakanth devoted the more than one and half hour speech to attacking chief minister M Karunanidhi, who according to Vijayakanth was “the main enemy” of the state and its people.
Describing the ensuing assembly election as a “Dharma Yudh”, Vijayakanth declared that nobody could rule the state without his party’s support. He also made it clear that he would lead the fight against DMK “from the front”.
People’s main response is to support the parties whichever coming to fight against corruption in our country. Our friends can see some of the Video scenes thro “You Tube”. Thanks to Caption TV.

Sibal findings and CBI Court Orders to proceed with Raja’s Spectrum scam.
Sibal findings and CBI Court Orders to proceed with Raja’s Spectrum scam.
Communications and IT minister Kapil Sibal on Friday [7-1-2011] launched a blistering attack on the methodology used by the Comptroller and Auditor General (CAG) to reach a figure of 1.76 lakh crore as the presumptive loss to the exchequer caused by A Raja’s controversial award of 2G licences.
“These figures have no basis whatsoever,” he said here. “It is human to err and to err is human, so the exercise was fraught with very serious errors, which has allowed the opposition to spread falsehoods.
Unfazed by Kapil Sibal’s criticism, CAG is sticking to its estimate that the 2G spectrum allocation by A Raja in 2008 cost the exchequer a maximum of Rs 1.76 lakh crore.
Officials close to PAC and familiar with its proceedings said Sibal was going against parliamentary propriety by speaking out in public about a matter under PAC scrutiny. “His department has yet not submitted its reply to the PAC but he is speaking out in public,” a senior official said.
In the meanwhile A CBI court on Friday [7-1-2011] admitted Janata Party leader Subramanian Swamy’s petition seeking the prosecution of sacked telecom minister A Raja in the spectrum scam, giving the maverick politician a locus standi in the politically sensitive case
Special CBI judge Pradeep Chaddha said that the Janata Party leader’s complaint was “maintainable”. “I have also gone through the complaint and the bunch of annexure and supporting documents and I am of the view that this complaint is maintainable and the proceedings will continue,” the judge said.
If Kabil Sibal says there is no loss in Spectrum allocation, then why Raja was asked the resign from his post and the CBI raids which have been made in the House of Raja and his associates. CBI sources already claimed there is enough evidence against former telecom minister A Raja to prove that he could be tried in the court of law under the charge of criminal conspiracy.

Whether M.K.Alagiri will succeed in distancing Kanimozhi and tainted Raja from party affairs.
Whether M.K.Alagiri will succeed in distancing Kanimozhi and tainted Raja from party affairs.
Last few days back in the alliance with the Congress that bothered Tamil Nadu chief minister M Karunanidhi earlier, now it is rebellion from a family member that is threatening to cause him embarrassment. Sources say Union minister and Karunanidhi’s older son M K Alagiri is threatening to step down as Union minister for chemicals and fertilizers and quit from the party post of south organising secretary, expressing unhappiness over “several issues, both personal and those relating to party affairs”.
A day after the renewed friendship between the Congress and the DMK, marked by a quote by Prime Minister Manmohan Singh that the alliance remained strong, talk of Alagiri putting pressure on his father with two resignation letters dominated a DMK high-level meeting and threatened to sour the upbeat mood. Sources close to the family said M.K.Alagiri met Karunanidhi on January 1 to greet him on the New Year and hand over his resignation letters “to convey his displeasure over several matters”.
The DMK grapevine has it that Alagiri laid down certain demands, threatening to resign if the party leadership failed to fulfill them. MK Alagiri has laid down certain demands, threatening to resign as Union minister for chemicals and fertilisers if the leadership failed to fulfil them.
The issues included distancing of his sister and Rajya Sabha MP Kanimozhi and spectrum scam ‘tainted’ former Union minister A Raja from party affairs and a “important role” for himself in the party administration, particularly in the run-up to the state polls. Alagiri, according to sources, also expressed unhappiness over the fallout of the controversial Radia tapes and a decision by his father to donate his Gopalapuram residence, where he and his siblings grew up, for establishing a hospital.
Close associates said Alagiri had earlier directed the organisers of a government function to be held near Madurai on Wednesday to drop his name from the invitation. Interestingly, his younger brother and deputy chief minister M K Stalin will be the chief guest.
Undeterred by the recent CBI raids on its premises for suspected links in the 2G spectrum scam, Tamil Maiyam, the socio-cultural forum promoted by Rajya Sabha MP Kanimozhi and priest-turned activist Jagath Gasper Raj, is gearing up to organise the 5th edition of the annual folk arts extravaganza, ‘Chennai Sangamam’ from January 12 to 17.
Rev Jagath Gasper Raj estimated that the Chennai Sangamam could cost about 4 crore. Interestingly, Sadhick Batcha, a confidante of former telecom minister A Raja and a suspected beneficiary in the 2G spectrum scam, told Times of India recently that his business group, Green House Promoters, had paid 5 lakh donation for the conduct of Chennai Sangamam in 2006-2007.
It is to be watched whether M.K.Alagiri will succeed in his attempt of distancing of his sister and Rajya Sabha MP Kanimozhi and spectrum scam ‘tainted’ former Union minister A Raja from party affairs.

Karunanidhi telling close relations with Indira Gandhi never attended her death ceremony.
MDMK leader Vaiko on Saturday 1-1-2011 lashed out at Prime Minister Manmohan Singh for his alleged “compliance” in the irregularities in allocation of 2G spectrum and the Congress for being “equally culpable”.
“Our aim is to defeat the corrupt Congress-DMK combine in Tamil Nadu,” he said, clearly in contradiction of the stand taken by Jayalalithaa who has been quietly waiting and watching Congress moves and refraining from blistering attacks against the party.
Refusing to be drawn on queries about Jayalalithaa keeping her options open for the April assembly election, Vaiko insisted that the AIADMK leader’s open offer of support to the Congress was only “a political strategy” to create confusion within the DMK-led alliance.
“There is nothing more to her offer,” Vaiko told reporters in the city.
“The DMK will not come to power and the Congress-led government too will topple by the year-end,” he said, pointing out that rebel leader Jaganmohan Reddy in Andhra Pradesh, Trinamool Congress leader Mamata Banerjee, Samajwadi Party leader Mulayam Singh Yadav and NCP chief Sharad Pawar were all proving an headache for the Congress.
Vaiko told that Karunanidhi who is telling that he has having close relations with Indira Gandhi never attended her death ceremony. When I requested him to attend the ceremony, he got angry.
Refusing to take queries on alliances and reports of AIADMK trying to finalise a tie-up with DMDK, Vaiko quipped, “I respect DMDK and PMK. But the issue of alliances would be decided by the AIADMK leader.”
Now the opposition parties as a whole are standing for the probe of JPC committee in the irregularities in allocation of 2G spectrum. At this time if Congress party comes forward to arrest the spectrum culprits immediately, it may earn a memorable name from the people to the congress party.

Why Actress Ranjitha is reopening the past video affairs which people already forgotten?
Why Actress Ranjitha is reopening the past video affairs which people already forgotten?
Saint Nityananda’s episode has already been unveiled by Sun Tv in its video broad cast on 2-3-2010. As Nityananda, a saint’s pervert activities have been caught up in the camera, the time he was indulged in sexual activities with some actress.
Sun TV has broad castled thro’ a video clip on 2-3-2010 which opened the ugly face of the Nityananda with a film actress, and every half an hour this was broad castled by Sun TV throughout the world .CID’s Deputy IGP Charan Reddy said. The CD was sent to Central Forensic Science Laboratory Hyderabad for analysis where it was found to be authentic, he said.
Breaking her silence after the scandal broke out in March 2010, Actress Ranjitha told a press conference in Bangalore on 31-12-2010 her first public appearance since then —that she is ready to reveal the names of those behind the video if she is given security cover. “I was very scared for my life and that of my family. However, if I and my family are assured of 100% security by the chief minister of that state (TN), I am ready to name the persons behind it. These people are working with Lenin,” she charged. “I want to live some more years” was her reply when asked why she was hesitating to reveal the names.
“I’m very scared. They have threatened me against revealing the names. They are people with political backing and power. I have no backing,” she said. Commenting on the video clip which purportedly showed her in a compromising position with Nithyananda, she said: “It is fabricated. I am not the person in it. At that time, I was in a room that I was sharing with another female devotee in the Dhyanapeetham.”
“I had left for the US on March 3. I have not met the swamiji since these happenings. I did come back in June and gave my statement. I am a volunteer of Nithyananda Dhyanapeetam. If time permits, and if they agree, I will certainly visit the ashram. I’ve given a complaint against Lenin and others before the Ramanagaram court....,” Ranjitha explained when asked why she took so long to respond.
Meanwhile, Lenin alias Nithya Dharmananda said genuineness of the clippings could be tested in any laboratory and challenged Nithyananda to prove that the clippings contained morphed images. Lenin was addressing the press in Chennai along with Prasanna Kumar Jain alias Nithya Gambirananda, who also claimed to be a former disciple of Nithyananda.
Playing a recorded purported telephonic conversation between him and Nithyananda, Lenin said the god man had repeatedly requested him to withdraw his complaint.
It is now surprise for all people that why Actress Ranjitha is reopening the past video affairs which people already forgotten.
