Nithyananda should be arrested again for threatening Chief Minister of Karnataka.

The Ramanagaram district magistrate on Friday 15-6-2012 granted bail to controversial godman Nithyananda. Executive magistrate Sriram Reddy directed him not to disrupt social harmony in the vicinity of his Bidadi ashram.
The bail order could not be executed because of procedural requirements. This means the godman might be released on Saturday. Nityananda, was taken into preventive custody from a Ramanagaram court and sent to Mysore Central Prison on Thursday. He has two cases pending against him.
The god man, who was brought to the century-old Mysore jail at 9.20pm on Thursday, was lodged in barrack No. 19. As a precaution, he was not allowed to mingle with other inmates. He told prison staff on Friday that he slept well.
Karnataka C.M.over the Rs 10-crore damage suit filed against him by Nithyananda, on Friday 15-6-2012 said he was ready to face thousands of such cases and go to jail in people’s interest. Reacting strongly to the god man’s accusation that the CM made mala fide decisions, Gowda said: “Action initiated against Nityananda was not aimed at pleasing anybody. I am ready to face thousands of such cases. I am ready to go to jail,” he maintained. TNN
In a corporate world, Nithyananda would have been a celebrity for his takeover instincts. Sadly for him, religion is a dicey turf, more so when it is intertwined with riches.
Nithyananda should be arrested again for cheating ladies in the name of Yoga therapy and creating restless among people and religion and threatening Chief Minister of Karnataka. He should be arrested under The Karnataka Prevention of Dangerous Activities of Bootleggers, Drug-Offenders, Gamblers, Goondas, Immoral Traffic Offenders and Slum-Grabbers Act (Act 12 of 1985). Nithyananda is not having the qualities of Saint.
