Jayalalithaa paid homage at the memorial on Sunday. State ministers, AIADMK MP’s and MLA’s and senior officials were present at the function.
The 3.75-tonne winged horse took four months to make, R Raveendran who created it.
“Officials were told to finish the work in the first week of December and they handed it over on December 4.” “This is the first and only monument in bronze in TamilNadu.”
