California Court in USA says Nithyananda foundation is fraud.

A former aide of Nithyananda, Lenin further alleged, “In a petition filed by Popatlal Salva at the California Court in USA, the court has given a judgment against Nithyananda Foundation and has termed it a fraud foundation.
Addressing a press conference, he said, “Thirteen cases have been filed against me in Uttar Pradesh, Tamil Nadu and other places just because I am fighting against Nithyananda and his other activities. I am also facing a life threat from Nithyananda and I have lodged a complaint with the Tamil Nadu police about it.”
“The American Forensic Lab has given a report that the video of Nithyananda- Ranjitha CD scandal is genuine,” he claimed.
“Junior Vikatan” Magazine in its issue dated 11-7-2012 has explained Papatlal Salva petition and the judgment by the California Court in regard to the Nithi’s Fraud Foundation.
It is the wishes of all the people of Tamil Nadu, that Madurai Adheenam Arunagiri swamigal must immediately remove Nithi from the junior pontiff post.
